This prducts was developed on the national and imported rotogravure equipment¡¢craft.,the width of printing is 800mm,1050mm..It has good appearance in design,which is operated conviently.This machine is suitable for printing roll plastic flim¡¢paper¡¢cellophane¡¢and the other package materials,the printing can be finished on time continuously with many colors;it has such characteristics as hight efficiency , wide printing scope,abundant and delicate printing result, brilliant ink color,strong color retentivity ,besides those, it is longeval;currently it is a kind of ideal printing equipment as it has excellent quality,low cost,right price which especially used for large quantity printing,such as package printing of cigarette,wine,pill.
Basic working principle:The materials are tracted to the printing units by the tractor.The main motor,consisted of frequency regulator,stalk and wheel gear,provides the power to every printing unit.Meanwhile every printing unit has a independent ink box which provides ink to the printing roller constantly.After going through the ink-cutting equipment,the ink is copied to the surface of materials.Then they are dried by heat-drying and nature-drying box.Finally the material go through the rewind unit and become the finished product.The whole process is controlled by industrial computer and adjusted automaticly.
